Fix Sign In Errors with Adobe Licencing

Does the above look familiar to you? If you, you need to install the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud and sign in! Check out the below for a step by step fix.

Step 1: Download Creative Cloud from Self Service and Sign in

Follow the directions posted here to find Creative Cloud in Self-Service and sign in. NOTE: Please follow the sign in directions carefully. You will sign in with the ‘Adobe or Enterprise ID’ option and NOT ‘sign in with Google’. Use your email address and password to log in.

Step 2: Update and Stay Signed in

Once you are signed in, the Creative Cloud app will launch. In this window, follow any prompts to update previously installed applications. It’s also here that you can download new applications like Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and the other apps in the Creative Suite.

Once you have updated your apps, you can minimize/close out of Creative Cloud. However, DO NOT quit the app. The app needs to be running in order keep the apps licensed. You can close the window by clicking the red dot in the top left corner.

You will know that Creative Cloud is running if you see the Creative Cloud icon in your Mac’s menu bar. You can also click this icon to quickly run updates and download new Adobe Software and fonts.
